We believe that too often people decide on a development activity without considering all the options available to them. The support that we offer takes many forms, including:-

It is this latter option that we would like you to consider using more often. Development projects can be designed with built in checks and follow up mechanisms that make sure the necessary changes are embedded in the organisation, and become part of the culture. This ensures that long term goals are not sacrificed to short term-ism. Whilst we always build in follow up activities into any development activity, the project mentality places more emphasis on follow up. It recognises that behaviour is an important aspect of successful development, and that behaviour takes time to change – it is changed very little by one workshop.
In short, we can support you with a multitude of programmes, but we would like to explore with you how a ‘project’ approach to development could cost you no more than an event driven programme, and provide real value for money.
